This is what Faralia City feels like.

Discover the journey: the teacher leads, the teams decide and the simulated market returns results to analyse in class.

What to look for in the journey

Three perspectives on the same experience.

01

The teacher leads

Presents the challenge, follows the submissions and processes each round. Decides when to pause to explain or discuss.

02

The team decides

Reviews the market and chooses premises, people, equipment, price and commercial actions.

03

The data opens the debate

The results make it possible to compare strategies and review the hypotheses that guided the decisions.

Classroom example

Do more customers mean more profit?

A team may pursue volume by reducing the membership fee. The debate consists in checking whether the volume compensates for the price and the cost structure.

  1. Before: formulate a hypothesis about price and demand.
  2. After: test it against the customers, revenue and costs of the round.
  3. For the following year: decide what to keep and what to adjust.

Teaching example; it does not predict a result of the simulator.
