Who leads the experience

Every simulation needs an orchestra conductor.

It can be a teacher from your institution. Or a specialised consultant from PSITEL.

Faralia City needs a Game Master to set the pace of the activity, manage the rounds and energise the results. You can use a teacher from your own institution, whom we train and support to lead the experience, or delegate the session to a specialised consultant provided by PSITEL.

If you do not have a teacher available, or prefer to delegate the running of the experience, PSITEL can provide a specialised consultant.

Consultant profile: a certified teacher with more than 10 years of experience in training in entrepreneurship, finance, marketing or strategy.

Example calculated with the use-per-activity model. If places from a pack are used, the per-participant price corresponding to the pack will apply. The consultant keeps a cost of 300 € per session of up to 2 h 30 min. These prices do not include VAT or equivalent taxes.

Before contracting

Scope and conditions of your activity

Keep a written proposal with the format, the final amounts and the agreed conditions of use.

What is contracted and how are places consumed?

The unit of contracting is participation in an activity. Places are consumed according to the actual number of participants in each activity; packs allow them to be distributed across several simulations. Confirm the planned distribution when requesting your proposal.

Is teacher training included?

Yes. The published models include initial training, technical support and pre-session assistance for teaching staff. Registration covers up to 2 teachers in use per activity and up to 10 in packs. Confirm the schedule and scope of the training before the first session.

Does the 300 € consultant lead the whole experience?

The published amount covers a session of up to 2 h 30 min. The full experience with more debate may require half a day or two blocks. If you need more time, request a specific proposal; do not assume that it is included in the 300 €. In-person travel, where applicable, is contracted separately.

Do the prices include VAT?

No. The published prices do not include VAT or equivalent taxes. The commercial proposal will confirm the applicable taxes and the final amount before contracting.

Do packs expire? What happens if we change the date?

Before contracting, request in writing the validity period of the pack and the conditions for booking, date changes and cancellation. No expiry period or refund policy is published here.

What do we need to receive a proposal?

Tell us the organisation, number of participants, approximate dates, model and whether a teacher from your institution will lead the activity. You can book a meeting or write to us.
