Clear organisation
A 7-round dynamic with defined roles for the session facilitator and for the teams.
Entrepreneurship programmes and events
Add a business simulation to your training programme or turn a room at your conference into a team tournament. Participants make decisions in a simulated market; your organisation receives training for whoever leads the session, support and documentation of the activity.
2 to 10 teams · Up to 50 participants · On-site, online or blended
7 rounds · 2–10 teams · up to 50 participants · training included · final report · certificates of participation
Documentary evidence
Faralia City does not end when the simulation is over. Your organisation receives documentation of the activity with recorded participation, traceability of the rounds and the results of the experience, as well as individual certificates of participation for the participants.
The views correspond to the actual sample deliverable, prepared with fictitious data.
Designed for public administrations, development agencies, chambers of commerce, foundations, hubs, accelerators and training companies that organise entrepreneurship programmes, conferences and gatherings.
A 7-round dynamic with defined roles for the session facilitator and for the teams.
Decisions, results and arguments that make it possible to discuss what worked and what they would change.
Activity report and certificates of participation. Review the samples before deciding on the fit.
Integration into your programme
Scope of the solution
Access to Faralia City to organise the activity with the agreed teams.
Preparation for the teachers or facilitators from your institution who will act as Game Master.
Technical support and prior assistance under the current terms, with no additional SLA commitments.
Institutional document available for download once the experience is complete.
Record of participants, round-by-round activity, dates, results and evidence available in the report.
A participation PDF for each participant; it does not constitute an official qualification.
Technical sheet, session resources and access to the Faralia Pulse training library.
More than a supplementary PDF
The report brings together the completion and the development of the experience in a single document. It includes institutional information and its own identifier so it can be kept, shared and reviewed after the session.
How it can fit
Proposed use: two ways to add the experience to your organisation's activity. They are examples of application, not success stories of specific organisations.
Training programmes
Conferences and gatherings
Each simulation supports 2 to 10 teams and up to 50 participants. For an event with more people, we review the organisation of several sessions; a joint automatic ranking across games is not assumed.
Preparing the activity
Set aside half a day or two blocks for the full experience. If you need the compact format of up to 2 h 30 min, we will agree the details with you.
Review the 7-round dynamic →Before organising your session
A teacher from your institution can lead it. Initial training, support and prior assistance are included. You can also hire a specialised consultant provided by PSITEL, subject to availability.
The full experience has 7 rounds and usually takes half a day or two blocks, depending on the time devoted to discussion. There is also a compact format of up to 2 h 30 min. We agree the format according to the training objectives and the schedule.
The report documents the activity carried out. The organisation must verify whether its content meets the requirements of its programme or call; the certificate of participation attests to participation and is not an official qualification.
Yes, there is use per activity and advance packs of participants. See the amounts in pricing and confirm in writing the validity and conditions of the pack before contracting.
We review the objectives and the level of the group to assess the fit. You can consult the formats and organisations and tell us about your context in the meeting.
