Send an emailInclude, if you know them, the organisation, the objective, the number of participants and approximate dates. If it is an event, add the type of gathering, the planned room and the time available. Do not send personal data of students or attendees.
What we review together
A conversation focused on your activity.
- Fit: participants, objectives and prior knowledge.
- Format: duration, mode, available space and who leads the session. At conferences, also how it fits with the talks.
- Proposal: places, deliverables, cost and next steps.
